Personal Training for Vaughan Clients
No GO timetable, no transfers — Line 1 runs from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre toward Union every ten minutes. The studio is a short walk from the line.
How Vaughan clients train with us
The 905 region with a subway seat.
Every other region we serve plans around a GO schedule. Vaughan doesn’t have to: Line 1 leaves Vaughan Metropolitan Centre every 10 minutes, stops at Highway 407 and Pioneer Village on its way, and puts you downtown in roughly 42–49 minutes — one seat, no timetable anxiety, late-evening service included.
That frequency is what makes consistent training realistic. A standing Tuesday session doesn’t depend on catching the 5:42; you just get on the next train. From St. Andrew or Osgoode it’s a short walk to the studio at 460 Richmond St W, where sessions run on a private floor — one coach, no crowds, no waiting for racks.
The coaching itself is built on measurement: biosignature, InBody, movement screening, VO2 max, with your program rewritten from rescans every two weeks and trainers paid on your results. Between visits, the hybrid model runs programming, nutrition, and check-ins online — so the subway rides you take are the ones that move the numbers.

FAQ
Vaughan questions, answered.
How do I get to the studio from Vaughan without a car?+
This is Vaughan's quiet advantage over every other 905 region: the subway comes to you. Line 1 runs from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre — with stops at Highway 407 and Pioneer Village if those are closer — direct toward Union, with trains every 10 minutes and a ride of roughly 42–49 minutes. No GO schedule to plan around, no transfers, and service runs late enough that an evening session never strands you. From St. Andrew or Osgoode station it's a short walk to 460 Richmond St W.
And if I'd rather drive?+
Take the 400 south to the 401 and down the DVP or Allen Road depending on where in Vaughan you start, or the 427 corridor from the west side. We deliberately don't quote drive times — GTA traffic makes any number a guess — but there are two municipal lots within a block of the studio and street parking on Richmond after 6pm. Plenty of Vaughan clients drive for weekend-morning sessions when the roads are clear and ride the subway on weekdays.
What actually happens in the coaching that justifies the trip?+
Every client starts from measurement: biosignature body-composition mapping, InBody scanning, a movement screen, and optionally VO2 max testing. Your program is written against those baselines and rewritten every two weeks from your rescans and logged sessions — and your trainer is paid on your results, not your attendance. Sessions run on a private floor, one coach at a time, no crowds. Between studio visits, the hybrid model keeps programming, nutrition, and check-ins running online. The subway ride is the price of training that can prove it's working.
What does it cost?+
Hybrid coaching is $387/month all-in: coached in-studio sessions, complete programming, nutrition targets, and check-ins. No initiation fee, no session-counting. If you want to start smaller, book a standalone assessment — biosignature at $167, VO2 max at $177 — as a single visit with no membership required. For comparison, one-on-one sessions across the GTA typically run $60–150 each. The free 20-minute consultation, by phone if you prefer, gets you exact numbers for your situation.
Can I make training fit a Vaughan work schedule?+
The studio runs 6am–9pm on weekdays and 8am–4pm on weekends, and Line 1's 10-minute frequency means you're never building your day around a timetable. Clients who work near VMC often ride down for an end-of-day session and home again after peak. Early birds take the first trains for a 6am or 7am slot. And when a week genuinely can't fit a trip, your program continues online — the schedule bends, the tracking doesn't. Book via the contact form or (437) 237-7524.
