I can't say enough good things about my experience with Arzadon Fitness and their incredible 6 Month transformation program.

Pat — Body Recomposition Results, Toronto
+13 lbs of lean muscle. −5% body fat. Same training window. Body recomposition — gaining muscle while losing fat simultaneously — is only possible with precise nutrition and data that tracks both metrics separately. InBody scans every two weeks confirmed the protocol was delivering both.

How Pat gained 13 lbs of muscle while losing 5% body fat — body recomposition, Toronto
Most programs ask you to choose: bulk (gain muscle, accept some fat) or cut (lose fat, accept some muscle loss). Body recomposition says you don't have to choose — but it requires the data infrastructure to run both simultaneously. Pat's transformation made that choice unnecessary.
The structural assessment identified starting body composition and set the protocol parameters: a caloric target modest enough to mobilize existing fat stores, with protein high enough to support simultaneous muscle protein synthesis. Training was weighted toward hypertrophy — progressive overload on compound movements, three sessions per week, volume increasing in 4-week blocks. The nutrition adjusted in real time based on what the bi-weekly InBody scans showed: more muscle than fat? Leave it. More fat? Tighten the surplus.
The result — 13 lbs of lean muscle gained while 5% body fat was lost — proves the protocol was calibrated correctly throughout. Scale weight stayed relatively stable, which is why most people miss what actually happened. The InBody data showed everything: the fat that left, the muscle that arrived, measured separately, verified every fortnight.
